The Rancho Villas Community is a complex of Spanish Style condominiums. Nestled in rock-studded hills of East San Diego in Rancho San Diego area. Our community is made up of 304 condominium units in 43 buildings which are located on 3 streets, Calle de Leon, Calle de Medio and Calle de Montana with 5 floor plans, ranging from a one bedroom, one bath 937 square foot home to a two bedroom, two and a half bath, 1,220 square foot home. Rancho Villas amenities consist of three Jacuzzis, three pools, two tennis courts, a fitness room, and a club house available by reservation.
Rancho Villas is managed by Summit Property Management.
Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and
Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Association does not staff to handle emergency calls.

Any unit that is not registered with Network Parking Solutions (NPS) will not have Visitor Parking Privileges.
Any Unit observed not using their garage for the intended purpose for Parking, may have any RVCA VISITOR and RESIDENT Parking Permits SUSPENDED.
